Forklift Driver Training
Forklift Drivers have to be licenced by Worksafe NSW. The government has set up certain prerequisites in order for a forklift to be run safely within the workplace. In order for businesses to maintain a safe working environment, they should make sure that all their staff has undergone proper Forklift training. This ensures that drivers have learned how to safely operate forklifts in the workplace. It will also ensure that your staff is legally licenced to operate a forklift in the workplace.

Forklift Driver Training instructors are fully certified and licenced. Our Forklift training courses offer complete licenced assessment with a certified Assessor. Successful completion of the course and testing will result in an issue of a Notice of Assessment.
There are several Forklift Driver Training courses a student can take dependent on their level of experience. Forklift Driver Training courses begin at one-day courses for the more skilled operators and continue on to two-day and three-day courses for the inexperienced students. At the end of training, students can also ask questions about the forklift which they would like to learn about.
If your employees have limited or no prior experience, the employer should consider sending the employee to the initial basic Forklift Driver Training course. Forklift training can be tailored to meet your employee’s skill level.
Conversion training is also available. It is invaluable as it extends the capabilities of your employee’s skill and extends the range of Forklifts they can legally operate. There are currently 2 Forklift licences available: LF and LO Forklift licences.
Refresher Forklift Driver Training courses are also available to ensure that your employee is up-to-date with health and safety and competency.
